Wrong size

Purchased two medical alert bracelets and got the wrong size in error. Wanted to return and get the correct size and they want a hefty fee to resize the bracelets. The size of the bracelets was not significant and their charge for a 6" and 7" bracelet is the same on their website. I guess, time is money and money is time! Won't be recommending or purchasing anything from this company again. I could see if the sizes were a different amount.
