American Medical ID - Defective product and obnoxious customer service
I had to send the bracelet back twice for re-sizing and refused to pay the fee for the second mailing.The bracelet came back and didn't appear to have been touched; i could not get it on myself so it sat in a drawer until recently when someone helped me put it on.
I've worn it for a week and now have a rash which tells me they have false advertising and fees for sterling silver. There is nickel or some other metal in the tag.
I plan to return and request my money refunded.I will insure and bet this crooked company will say they never received the bracelet back.
